The Christmas or Lenten Rose is one of our favorite winter blooming perennials.  Coming in a variety of colors and foliage textures, it lets us know that spring is just around the corner.

The Helleborus Gold Collection from Skagit Gardens has just arrived at Savage Plants.  An outstanding collection of evergreen groundcovers with two to four months of color.  The varieties in this series bloom sequentially from November thru April, are hardy to USDA Zone 4 or 5, and deer resistant!
